I order the grill pork ' rice over eggs and came with salad. I was impress' food was Delicious!!! Thank you Chef!! Will definitely ' return when I come visit again.

The pho #4 was delicious and the egg rolls were so crunchy and warm!!!

Super cool place, was looking for a place to eat on a cold day that was not to crowded and decided that some soup would be nice. Chose this establishment and got greeted by a worker. I was able to look through the menu without being rushed finally came to the conclusion on a Beef soup, an order of egg roles and a passion fruit green tea. Over all my food came out to be pretty good! Soup had some nice pieces of beef wile containing some warm broth, egg roles were nice and crunchy! Ended up ordering a second drink to go for my sister! Good experience Definitely would come back

The food court was packed and every establishment had a huge line except Nibi Pho. Decided to try it out. So glad that I did. Ordered a pork Banh mi sandwich and an order of egg rolls. The sandwich was on the pricey side but you could taste the freshness of all the ingredients. The egg rolls were interesting, never saw them made this way but they were good. Didn't care for the dipping sauce, too fishy. I used the sauce from the banh mi sandwich, much better.

Olivia (owner?) was great, friendly, courteous and sweet as we talked a little before ordering a #3 beef noodle pho, shared similar experiences during our chat. Would visit again! Thank you Virginia for preparing the food, great job! *Update 6/26/2024* Went a second time for lunch and saw Olivia, was greeted warmly, small chitchat, ordered whatever they recommended (I believe it was porkchicken pho) which was very tasty. Was not disappointed. Had to leave and was offered additional broth for my trip back to work. Very nice gesture I turned down as my ordered portion was good enough. (mentioned to save it for later?!?!) Would go again.

Pretty good Pho

Good place, good service and great food

In the area for a fun-good work retreat, I have to find a Vegan option for lunch. I find the food court then head to Nibi Pho Bistro hoping for Vegan options like other Pho restaurants I'm familiar with have (Vegan in general, not the same exact meals/recipes). Lo and behold, an employee makes me aware of the Vegan options, and I order the Vegan Steak on Rice! The fruits and vegetables are crisp, firm, and juicy: tomatoes like fresh apple slices, onions and peppers soft like vegetable marshmallow slices with a gentle firmness though full of good flavor especially with rice, the Vegan Steak like veinless steak without toughness though with a texture pleasurable to chew, and the rice really only tastes good with everything else (otherwise, it's decent rice, soft though seemingly like a canvas for the other ingredients). Outdoor dining is available though for the entire courtyard. Indoor dining is available and chill (at least during my visit). I have a good customer service experience.
